"Při vstupu do hotelu pocit dobrý usměvavý a ochotný personál, vše vysvětlili jak měli. Pocit z apartmánu kde jsme sice byli ubytování pouze na jednu noc, ale i tak dle našich zkušeností 4 hvězdičky moc neodpovídali, okolo vany vystouplé dlaždičky, poničená lampa v pokoji, nefunkční francouzské okno jelikož bylo dole ulomené, z jednoho dvoulůžka koukaly dráty led osvětlení přichycené pouze připínáčky, špinavý koberec uprostřed pokoje. Snídaně a personál byla skvělá bohatá a zajímavě podaná, takže hezká tečka na závěr, ale i přes ty drobnosti na pokoji spokojení."

"Podprumerne hodnotíme, protože personal otřesné, kromě paní uklizecky,ta ještě chudák uklizela nás bordel, když jsme šli ven. ve ctyrhvezdickovem hotelu nám odmítli vyměnit přílohu, protože menu je nastavené. Paní servírka má naučené vyprávění, ze by mohla být v muzeu, ne v restauraci.Zubní pastu jsem po třech dnech nedostala po žádosti. Ale pokoje moc hezké, snídaně bohaté. Ceníme hotel v centru"
