When making a reservation, the customer agrees to the length of stay, if the reservation is shortened for various reasons (during the stay), the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount of accommodation. The host is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure).From 1.7. until 31.8. the pension requires a 50% advance payment as a reservation guarantee.From December 24, 2021 to January 2, 2022, the pension requires a prepayment of 50% as a reservation guarantee.From January 3, 2022 to March 15, 2022, the pension requires a prepayment of 50% as a reservation guarantee.For group reservations, the deposit is 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% one month before arrival. Accommodation of guests in the Říp pension (hereinafter referred to as the pension) takes place on the basis of an accommodation contract concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, on the basis of which the pension provides the guest with temporary accommodation for an agreed period and the accommodated person (hereinafter also "guest") undertakes to pay the accommodation provider for the accommodation and for the services connected with it within the period set by these accommodation regulations or the accommodation contract.2. The accommodation contract is always concluded in writing. To comply with the form requirement, at least a written or e-mail confirmation of the reservation order or filling out the registration card is sufficient.3. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties not expressly regulated by the accommodation contract are regulated by these accommodation regulations and the pension service price list.If the accommodation contract stipulates something other than these accommodation regulations and/or the accommodation provider's price list, the accommodation contract shall apply.4. The pension guarantees all guests the provision of quality services corresponding to the given pension category.5. Upon arrival at the boarding house, the guest is required to present a valid identity document - ID card or passport. On the basis of his submission and completion of the registration form, he is registered and accommodated.6. After accommodation, the guest is given a room key. The guest is obliged to prevent the loss, destruction, damage of this key, when leaving the pension, he should leave the key at the reception. If the key is lost, the pension is entitled to demand compensation for the damage, which will cover the replacement of the door lock.7. The number of persons in the room corresponds to the number of persons registered for accommodation. The guest undertakes to announce their exact number upon check-in. Guests may not leave the premises intended for accommodation to another person without the consent of the pension.The guest hereby grants consent to the accommodation provider to process and store his personal data, to the extent of the data provided, for the purpose of providing accommodation and guest registration in accordance with Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees and Act No. 326/1999 Coll. , on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic. More detailed obligations of the guest and the accommodation provider regarding keeping a record book or house books are determined by the above-mentioned legal regulations.8. The pension is entitled to use the guest's personal data (in particular, address, e-mail address, phone number) for business and marketing communications about planning events, discounts, etc. In the event of the guest's disagreement, these communications will not be sent.9. When arriving at the boarding house and providing services, the guest identifies himself/herself with his/her name and room number.10. In special cases (e.g. due to an accident in the room, late arrival, etc.), the pension may offer different accommodation than was originally agreed upon, but it must not differ substantially from the confirmed order. Other accommodation means a room of a different category, as well as an adequate replacement for accommodation in another accommodation facility.11. Upon arrival at the boarding house, the guest is obliged to notify the reception of any health problems (disability, sight, hearing, etc.). This information can help ensure medical assistance if necessary or easy evacuation of guests in case of fire or other serious accidents.12. The use of the facilities of the boarding house is prohibited for persons suffering from infectious diseases.13. If a guest wishes to extend his stay and his room is already reserved for another guest, the pension is not obliged to automatically extend his stay. If another room is available, he can offer it to the guest.14. If the guest requests accommodation at an earlier time than the usual time for accommodation - from 3 p.m., the pension can also add a fee for the previous night to the bill. The guest house must inform the guest of this fact before providing the service.15. Guests have access to safety deposit boxes at the guesthouse reception. The pension does not take responsibility for valuables that the guest has not kept in the safe at the reception.16. The room is equipped with all the equipment according to the given pension category. Guests are requested not to move equipment and furniture in the room and not to make any substantial changes to the room. Damages caused by handling can be claimed by the guest house.17. For safety reasons, the guest may only use electrical appliances in the room, which are used for personal hygiene (e.g. shaver, toothbrush, etc.). The guest can also use low-power electric appliances used for personal use, e.g. laptops, chargers for cameras and cameras, mobile phones, etc. It is forbidden to use electric kettles, various water heaters, irons, etc., except for those that are equipped in the room or that have been lent to the guest. It is forbidden to make any interventions in the electrical network.18. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children under the age of 12 without adult supervision in the room or in the premises of the boarding house. Their parents or accompanying persons are fully responsible for any damage caused by children in the boarding house and its surroundings.19. Dogs and other animals can only be accommodated with the consent of the boarding house and on the condition that the guest proves with a certificate that they are in good health. The guest bears full responsibility for the behavior of his animal in the boarding house and is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the animal. The price for placing the animal is charged according to the valid price list of the boarding house. In case of noise or damage, it reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately and without compensation. Ending the reservation does not in any way affect the need to pay for nights already spent.20. The guest is responsible for damage caused by the guest to the property of the pension according to the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code 89/2012 Coll.21. The guest has the right to connect his electronic devices using a cable orWiFi. The guest may not use the Internet connection for illegal activities and may not attack or otherwise change the security measures of the Internet network. The Internet network is protected by its own firewall and isolated by a virtual network (VLAN); however, the pension assumes no responsibility in the event of damage to the guest's computer. It recommends using your own firewall to access the Internet.22. Between 10:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m., the boarding house and its surroundings are quiet at night. We ask the guest to follow it. A fine of up to CZK 3,000 may be imposed in case of non-compliance with the nighttime silence and disturbance of other accommodated guests.23. When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the windows, water taps, heating taps and close the entrance door. If the doors and windows are not properly closed, the pension assumes no responsibility for the safety of the guest's personal belongings left in the room.24. When leaving the boarding house, the guest is obliged to hand over the room keys to the reception of the boarding house.25. The guest can receive visitors in the room only with the knowledge of the boarding house staff. Each visit must be entered in the visitor's book.26. Breakfast is served to guests in the boarding house restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.27. On the day of arrival, the room is available to the guest from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the guest must vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Later vacating the room is permitted by the reception staff; it must be requested at least one day in advance. There is a fee for this service.28. For accommodation and services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the price in accordance with the pre-agreed price, or with valid pension price lists. Price lists for accommodation and individual services are available at the reception.29. In principle, the pension may require payment in advance or an advance payment for accommodation or pre-authorization by payment card from the guest. Other consumed services (telephone, parking, etc.) will be paid by the guest immediately; however, at the latest when checking out the stay.30. The guest may withdraw from the accommodation contract before the end of the agreed period. The pension reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in the full amount of the stay or in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions to compensate for damages incurred by the pension due to the early termination of the guest's stay. The cancellation conditions do not apply only to accommodation services, but to all ordered services.31. For security reasons, the common areas of the boarding house may be recorded by camera. In accordance with the decision of the Office for Personal Data Protection, camera recordings are kept for a maximum of 3 days.32. For a fee, it is possible to park a vehicle in designated places, the price for parking is indicated in the price list, which is available at the reception. By providing a parking space, the pension assumes no responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle.33. The guest is obliged to become familiar with the accommodation rules and to comply with them,properly use the premises of the boarding house, maintain cleanliness and order, protect equipment and facilities from damage; report the damage caused without delay,between 22:00 and 07:00 behave in such a way as not to disturb other people with excessive noise.34. The guest is obliged to comply with all provisions of the "Accommodation Rules", security and fire regulations of the boarding house. In the event that he violates them, or despite a warning, grossly violates good manners or otherwise violates his obligations or exceeds his rights, the pension is entitled to withdraw from the accommodation contract with the guest before the agreed period expires. The guest is obliged to pay for any damage caused in full.35. The guest may not, without the pension's consent:make substantial changes in the premises intended for accommodation (moving furniture, etc.), remove any equipment and devices from the premises intended for accommodation and take out food and meals from the premises of the breakfast restaurant,to smoke in the pension building; use an open fire, carry a weapon, ammunition and explosives or otherwise keep them in a condition that allows their immediate use, keep, manufacture or store narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons, unless they are medicines, the use of which has been prescribed to the guest by a doctor.36.
