All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid and embossed payment card at the time of booking (VISA, EC/MC, Amex, Diners Club and JCB cards are accepted). The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card prior to arrival with the amount of the first night (do not apply for fully prepaid and non-refundable reservations). Prepayment amounting 100% of the booking value of the prepaid and non-refundable reservation is charged at the point of the reservation. Failure to provide a valid payment card will result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation. Reservations with a flexible cancellation can be cancelled till 6 pm local time 2 days prior to arrival free of charge. In case of non-arrival on the day (no show) or late cancellation (or modification) less than 1 day prior to arrival, your payment card will be charged with the amount of the first night. Prepaid reservations are non-refundable, without a possibility to modify or cancel the reservation without a charge. In case of non-arrival on the day (no show) or cancellation (or modification) the amount of the prepayment equal to 100% of the booking value is non-refundable. New Year's Eve cancellation policyAll reservations with the stay over the 29th, 30th and 31th of December, 2015 and 1st of January, 2016 are possible only for a minimum of 3 nights. Such a reservation can be cancelled till 6 pm local time 8 days prior to arrival free of charge. Late cancellation (or modification) will be charged with the amount of 50% of the total booking value. Premises of Le Papillon restaurant are reserved on the 31st of December, 2015 for the Gala New Year's Eve Party and no individual or group lunch or dinner reservations will be accepted (do not apply for Gala Dinner Party reservations). All reserved additional services can be cancelled till 6 pm local time 2 days prior to arrival free of charge. In case of non-arrival on the day (no show) or late cancellation (or modification) less than 2 days prior to arrival, your payment card will be charged with the amount of 50% of the additional services booking value. Regardless of the currency unit/rate, all reservations with payment by credit card or debit card are to be paid in the hotels local currency. This can lead by payment to fluctuations in the exchange rate. In addition, we point out that by payment with credit card a commission charge from your bank may arise.
