The basic idea of the Great Cumanian Visiting Centre\'s exhibition was the Cumanian\'s adventurous settling in this area. Entering the gates of Karcag an enchanted world unfolds before us, which evokes the proud people living on the Great Cumania from the 13th century to the present. We can feel the pervasive smell of the felt, which covered the nomadic Cumanians residance, the Jurta (Yurt)....

The keystone for this rige was laid in October 1806 and it wa desigend with nine arches. The Zádor Bridge, now standing alone in the great plain, was originally erected over the Zádor river, whicd dried up when the overall river regulations took place.
